Clear terms for a pre-launch product.

These Terms of Service govern your use of The Centurion Protocol website, waitlist, and Founding Member pre-launch offer. By joining the waitlist, purchasing a Founding Member membership, or using the service when available, you agree to these Terms.

The Centurion Protocol is a pre-launch product currently in development. Founding Member purchases are for early access to a future beta product and the benefits described below.

The Founding Member offer is limited to the first 200 members.

A Founding Member membership includes: (a) lifetime alpha pricing of $49.99 per year for as long as your subscription remains active, (b) a Founding Member badge in the app, (c) early beta access when the beta is released, and (d) no feature restrictions relative to other paid users at launch, unless a restriction is required for legal, safety, or operational reasons.

Founding Member access is a pre-launch purchase. You understand that the product is still being built and that features, design, availability, and launch timing may evolve before beta release.

If The Centurion Protocol does not deliver a functional beta by June 30, 2026, all Founding Members will receive a full, automatic refund.

For purposes of this guarantee, a functional beta means a working version of The Centurion Protocol made available to Founding Members with core product functionality substantially aligned with the pre-launch offering, including AI meal planning, one-tick logging, and related planning and tracking workflows.

This guarantee overrides the standard no-partial-refund policy described below if we fail to deliver a functional beta by that date.

Founding Member memberships are billed at $49.99 per year and renew automatically each year unless canceled before the renewal date.

You may cancel at any time. If you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period and will not renew for another term.

Except for the June 30, 2026 beta-delivery guarantee above, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time remaining in a billing period.

If you join the waitlist, you agree that we may use your email address to send launch updates, beta invitations, purchase opportunities, and related product communications.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time, but we may still send transactional or service-related messages where necessary.

We collect and process information you provide to us, such as your email address, account details, billing records, product usage information, and feedback, in order to operate the service, manage subscriptions, communicate with you, and improve the product.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

By using the service, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by trusted service providers that help us operate payments, hosting, analytics, customer support, and related infrastructure.

Because The Centurion Protocol is in development, we may modify, improve, delay, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update the product roadmap, interface, or delivery sequence as we build toward launch and beyond.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect Founding Members or waitlist users.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, resell access without permission, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates legal exposure, security risk, abuse, or harm to other users or to the product.

The Centurion Protocol provides software tools, planning workflows, and product experiences for nutrition and meal planning. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not replace qualified professional guidance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, especially during pre-launch and beta phases.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Centurion Protocol and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post the updated Terms on our site and update the effective date below. Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
